As a collaborative and empowering leader, I believe that management is based on trust and that in order for productivity and innovation to thrive, we need to create environments where the team members we serve can thrive.

My approach draws from distributed leadership principles to ensure staff feel valued, respected and intrinsically motivated to be their best self. By focusing on listening and creating a shared language around vision, I'm able to build a team's capacity for improvement and create opportunities for meaningful change.

Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated outstanding communication, interpersonal and coaching skills that have developed and sustained strong relationships.

I‘m a passionate, engaging and innovative educator that draws from contemporary evidence-based research to spark new ideas; above all, I absolutely love teaching and learning.

  • • Advanced a range of strategic initiatives as a member of the Academic Executive and Wellbeing Executive.

    • Led the successful delivery of the school's 2021-2024 Digital Strategy and created the 2025 Digital Strategy.

    • Utilised project management tools and practices to implement over 80 school-wide projects, grounded in agile principles and distributed leadership practices.

    • Guided the 45 members of the Digital Transformation Committee to enact significant pedagogical change across Prep-Year 12.

    • Designed multimodal forms of professional learning experiences for all teaching and professional staff through the creation of the Digital Teaching & Learning Toolkit.

  • • Led the digital transformation as part of the School’s Strategic Plan, driving innovation and future-focused learning.

    • Facilitated the professional learning of all staff and engaged with contemporary research to shape the future direction of the school’s teaching and learning framework.

    • Built collaborative partnerships and relationships with staff and students across Foundation-Year 12 to enact large-scale initiatives.

  • • Managed the pastoral care and wellbeing of over 70 students.

    • Coached and mentored a high-performing team of staff in strategies to support and maintain positive student learning outcomes.

    • Developed students’ emotional intelligence to help them to regulate emotions, reduce stress and alleviate anxiety.

    • Communicated and liaised with parents and caregivers on an ongoing basis regarding student progress and targeted wellbeing support required.

  • • Created and managed a contemporary year-level pastoral care program.

    • Empowered a large team of staff, supporting mentors and caring for at-risk students.

    • Designed the outdoor education camps and Central Australia Learning Journey experience.
