As a collaborative and empowering leader, I believe that management is based on trust and that in order for productivity and innovation to thrive, we need to create environments where the team members we serve can thrive. As such, my approach draws from distributed leadership principles to ensure staff feel valued, respected and intrinsically motivated to be their best self. By focusing on listening and creating a shared language around vision, I'm able to build a team's capacity for improvement and create opportunities for meaningful change.
