Professional Development Workshops | 2-4 Hours

I offer hands-on workshops that help teams explore the trends reshaping education, work, wellbeing and society, and consider what these shifts mean for curriculum, pedagogy, student development and whole-school practice. Participants leave with clearer priorities, shared language and practical strategies they can use to lead their teams, build staff capacity and design learning that develops the skills, competencies and dispositions students need for a changing world.
Designed for staff days, conferences, leadership events and parent webinar looking to rethink what young people need to learn, practise and become. I offer keynotes and presentations that connect futures thinking with topics such as emerging technologies, changing work, wellbeing, climate, creativity and the evolving expectations placed on young people. These sessions help audiences explore the skills, competencies and dispositions students may need for an uncertain future, and consider how curriculum can be designed more intentionally in response.
Presentations | 1-2 Hours
Designed for schools and organisations developing, reviewing or refining programs, curriculum and learning experiences. I offer consulting support across future-focused learning design, emerging technologies, student capability development and the trends influencing education, work and society. Engagements may range from a focused one-hour consultation through to a three-to-six-month partnership. Longer engagements can include strategy development and critical friend support, with ongoing access for questions, calls and emerging issues as they arise. This support helps schools create programs that feel intentional, relevant and connected to the realities students and educators are facing.
Education Consulting | As Scoped
Designed for Executive and School Leadership Teams who are navigating change and need space to think clearly about direction, priorities and next steps. I offer strategic support that helps leadership teams explore future-focused trends, clarify what matters for their context and translate big ideas into practical decisions. The impact is greater clarity, stronger alignment and a more deliberate approach to shaping learning, leadership and innovation.
Strategic Support | Half Day - 3-4 Hours
Designed for digital learning leaders and technology leaders who want to enact change across complex school environments. I offer coaching that helps leaders move beyond reactive tech support and into the strategic work of guiding change, building momentum and shaping better practice.
